Amplitude of Elastic Scattering for the Region of Large Impact Parameters
Journal Title: Cumhuriyet Science journal - Year 2019, Vol 40, Issue 1
Abstract
The work is dedicated to consequences of analyticity and unitarity of the scattering amplitude. Using the Gaussian quasipotential an equation for the scattering amplitude matrix is obtained and formula is derived for the cross sections. The dependence of the cross section and ratio of the real part of the amplitude in the forward scattering to its imaginary part of on the momentum are discussed. The steep Gaussian peak for cross section at small angles is followed by the exponential (Orear) regime. Results from theoretical approach are compared with experimental data.

Archimedean Copula Estimation Parameter with Kendall Distribution Function
In the literature, up to now, it is common that for Gumbel, Clayton and Frank calculated Kendall Distribution function and to the extent those applications have been made. In this paper, we made Kendall Distribution fun...
Electric Quadrupole Transitions in Processes With Stripping Bineutrons Clusters
Based on the theory of clusters discussed the electric quadrupole transitions in two-nucleon transfers as (t,p). The study did not take into account the interaction between the particles of the association. The internal...
Linear And Nonlinear Intersubband Optical Absorptions In Multiple Quantum Wells Under The External Fields
In this study, the effects of the external fields (electric and tilted magnetic fields) and well parameters on the optical absorption coefficients in GaAs/GaAlAs multiple (five) quantum wells under the applied electric a...
A Preliminary Study of Using Some Nest Characteristics as Indicators for the Size of Green Turtle (Chelonia mydas) Hatchlings
Body size can increase or decrease the chances of survival of sea turtle hatchlings. Given the importance of body size for hatchling survival, it would be useful method for conservationists to be able to estimate, using...
Experimental Investigation of Free Convection from Foam Heat Sinks in an Inclined Rectangular Channel
In this present study, free convection from an in-line 5x1 array of aluminum foam heat sinks which were placed on the bottom wall of the inclined rectangular channel was investigated. Aluminum foam heat sinks were made o...
