An Application of Gyroscopic Executive System to Homing the Missile on the Target
Journal Title: Problemy Mechatroniki. Uzbrojenie, lotnictwo, inżynieria bezpieczeństwa - Year 2011, Vol 2, Issue 4
Abstract
In this paper the ability to use the executive system of missile flight control, in the form of fast rotating rotor, suspended jointly in the missile body. Enforced deflections of rotor axis (of gyroscope) in relation to body axis generate the moments of forces that change the direction of missile flight and homing on the moving target.
