An Efficient Method for Digital Image Watermarking Based on PN Sequences
Journal Title: International Journal on Computer Science and Engineering - Year 2012, Vol 4, Issue 9
Abstract
In the recent times, the rapid and extensive growth in Internet technology is creating a pressing need to develop several newer techniques to protect copyright, ownership, authentication and content integrity of digital media. A potential solution to this kind of problem is digital watermarking. Numerous methods have been presented in the literature and several watermarking software packages have been developed. Still robustness and security of watermark against a variety of attacks is one of the most important issues to be solved. In this paper, Discrete wavelet transform is used to provide robustness and spread spectrum technique is used to provide security. The results are evaluated by applying number of attacks.
