An empirical investigation into salient aspects of Delhi Metro

Abstract
The importance and contribution of Delhi metro is known to each one of us. It has added a new way of living, connecting and thus has reduced the travel time, added to comfort, affordability and manifold benefits. The present paper attempts to understand the selected aspects of Delhi Metro and its outcome on passengers. The study attempts to assess the outcome and value that varied aspects of Delhi Metro adds to the individual life and thus realizing its importance to improvise the services further.
