AN INNOVATIVE COMPONENT OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITY OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The essence of the innovative component of the investment activity of construction enterprises is outlined; the reasons for low innovative activity are analysed. The monitoring of investment and innovation activity was conducted. The ways of improving macroeconomic policy innovation are presented, including: monitoring organizational principles of innovation; the implementation of duality elements into the educational process in the context of developing and investing an innovative product; introduction of a motivational component; creating innovative bank products; improvement of the current legislation on state support of innovative investment component of the industry development.
