An intuitive app generator and accompanying e-learning modules as examples of successful assistive technology
Journal Title: e-mentor - Year 2018, Vol 74, Issue 2
Abstract
This paper will begin with two seemingly subversive questions. In the world where many people without disabilities are not comfortable using new technologies, is there a point of introducing such technologies to people with impairments? Can a very simple training app and accompanying e-learning material for the trainer be as effective in aiding people with disabilities as advanced assistive technology like screen readers or eye-gaze trackers?
