Abstract
The topic of this article is civil capital and its influence on a civil society development. The goal of this paper is to answer if the civil capital is an important factor of the civil society and its diversity among the states, for example Poland and the United States. The hypothesis is when the level of the civil capital is getting higher then citizens are more willing to take part in the process of a political participation. The research has been done basing on the World Values Survey, Wave 6 2010–2014.
