ANALYSIS OF EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH RESULTS OF PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS EFFICIENCY OF PEDAGOGICAL MODEL OF FUTURE MANAGERS’ TRAINING TO INTERCULTURAL PROFESSIONAL INTERACTION

Abstract

The article presents the results of the pedagogical experiment carried out on the basis of the research on the problem of preparing future managers to intercultural professional interaction. The experiment confirmed the hypothesis of the research that the effectiveness of the process of training future managers to intercultural professional interaction will increase significantly if the design of its model based on the principles of personoriented and professionally oriented organization of training activities, as well as subject-subject (harmonious) interactions of its members, and its implementation in the educational process of higher education institutions through such pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of educational technology, namely the organization fasilitatsionny communication “teacher – student” on the basis of subject-subject (harmonious) cooperation, the establishment of intercultural professional and communicative environment ensuring a gradual transition of students from the direct control on the part of the teacher to self-management training activities.
