ANALYSIS OF INDUCTED EFFECTS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF TRAINED OPERATORS DIRECTED TO PROVOKING CHANGES OF BASIC MOTOR ABILITIES OF HIGHLY TRAINED SPORTSMEN

Journal Title: Sport Mont - Year 2005, Vol 0, Issue 6

Abstract

The research of training process and sports effects has shown higher level of refraction of the organism to the administrated stimulus's corresponding with the length of sports involvement and the character of used training operators. Apart from this it is also obvious that by provoking quantity changes in motor status of the sportsmen there are effects implying to quality changes in the structure of treated motor abilities. In order to find out the influence of special training operators leading to provoking changes of basic motor status in sub-spacial area and abilities influential to generating of maximum of muscular power, muscular explositivity and speedy strength, there is an experiment on the sample of 60 highly trained sportsmen structured in three sub-samples in the period of eight weeks. The analysis of these changes is done by applying standard methods of nonparametrials inferential statistics and explorative factorial analysis of the results which the candidates had shown in the initial and final concluding of basic motor status. The results have shown that it is possible to produce important progress of the basic motor status which are not followed by quality changes in investigated area.
