ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC SEAPORTS OF UKRAINE AND THE ASPECTS OF IMPROVING HIS TECHNIQUE

Abstract
The problem of analyzing the effectiveness of the financial and economic situation of sea ports and evaluation of investment attractiveness of the port industry to private investors to implement public-private partnerships in infrastructure are developed in this paper. A comprehensive economic analysis of public seaports of Ukraine allocated its problematic aspects and future trends, based on which proposed a list of indicators that need to add to the model to assess their attractiveness
