ANALYSIS OF THE STATE AND DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVE OF CONDOMINIUMS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article presents the analysis of the main issues of development of condominiums, housing functioning mechanisms. The analysis of the activity and problems of the condominium “Admiral 152” development in Kherson is carried out. The emphasis is placed on the need of informing the population about the condominiums’ activity, their positive experience, and processes of their work optimization.
