ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES IN AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Approaches to the organization of analytical support for processes of strategic planning of resource use in agricultural enterprises are enquired. The main directions of development of the strategy of using resources depending on the existing competitive advantages, production-resource potential, which should ensure sustainable development of the enterprise, are determined. In the context of constant changes in the environment, the management of the enterprise should have relevant information not only about available resources, but also about changes in the parameters of the functioning of the industry, region, national economy and foreign economic activity. Proper analytical support for strategic planning will reduce the impact of uncertainty on financial and economic processes and increase the efficiency of the use of resources. The use of modern methods of analysis will reveal the impact of the combined effect of factors on the efficiency of the use of resource potential of agricultural enterprises.
