Abstract
Nowadays managers work in a developing and dynamic environment. One of the most significant traits on current changing in Ideologies, Social interests, ways of different aspect of life and the speed of this changing is that we cannot measure it during the time and also the amount of people and it cannot be shown in comparing world and guide them all to forward. In the other word the sped of changing today is that much which there is no other choice just magnifying in the same time and they guide to develop and becoming same with the environment.
