Abstract
Рецензований текст відтворює одну чи не з найперших спроб систематичного дослідження у вітчизняному релігієзнавстві філософських засад так званої екзистенціальної, або ж, як це стверджує Г. Ємельяненко, швидше, екзистенціалізованої теології, яку від недавнього часу почали розглядати і у якості спеціального напрямку християнської теології. У вітчизняному релігієзнавстві цей напрямок монографічно лише у минулому, 2017 році було представлено науковцем з Інстиутуту філософії ім. Т. Г. Шевченка НАН України С. Л. Шевченком, який у своїй книзі “Християнська теологія та екзистенціалізм” і спробував аргументувати те, що методологічні засоби, застосовані К. Ранером, Ж. Марітеном, Р. Бультманом, Дж. Маккуоррі, Г. Слейтом, М. Вестфалем та багатьма іншими закордонними мислителями, дозволяють кваліфікувати створені ними теологічні концепції і вчення у якості “екзистенціальної теології”, а останню і у якості окремого, доволі специфічного тренду сучасного теологічного мислення. В концепції С. Л. Шевченка “екзистенціальна теологія” представлена також і у більш вузькому розумінні – насамперед, – як практика Р. Бультмана з екзистенціально-герменевтичної інтерпретації текстів Святого Письма, визначена, власне, екзистенціальною теологією англіканським богословом Дж. Маккуоррі.
