ANTHROPOLOGICAL APPROACH TO STUDY CONCEPT OF «HEALTH» AND «HEALTHY LIFE» FROM THE POSITION OF PEDAGOGICAL ACSIOLOGY IN THE PROCESS OF FORMING FITNESS-CULTURE OF STUDENTS

Abstract
The theoretical analysis of the importance of using the anthropological approach to the studying of the concepts of «health» and «healthy lifestyle» from the point of view of pedagogical axiology in the process of forming the students’ fitness culture was carried out in the article. The humanization of the pedagogical process of education as the basis of the anthropological approach in the process of formation of students’ fitness culture is examined. The fitness culture as an effective educational activity aimed at the development of an integral student’s personality is defined. The necessity of harmonization of students’ mental and physical strengths and also the realization in their professional activity by means of a healthy lifestyle is emphasized. It is proved that, namely the anthological approach creates favorable conditions for the formation and the development of such new students’ socio-cultural reality of as fitness culture.
