Abstract
In the article the importance of intelligent search Pamfil Yurkevych to form a national philosophical and legal tradition. Particular attention is paid profoundly humanistic and highly directional ideas Pamfil Yurkevych. P. Yurkevich ideas deserve attention and popularization among modern scholar-lawyers, because his scientific heritage is an integral part of the heritage of the Ukrainian people, part of the European political and legal ideology and history of the Ukrainian legal science.
