Anti-bureaucracy as the principle of legal process in criminal proceedings

Abstract
The article is devoted to a research of realization of the procedural principle of anti-bureaucracy in modern criminal proceedings of Ukraine. It is defined that the principle of anti-bureaucracy is provided, first of all, with quality of the relevant laws. Problems of modern law-making in the sphere of criminal proceedings are analyzed, inadmissibility of adoption of the laws caused by departmental interests is established, laws which adoption is not reasonable as a result of which acceptance the logic of the code is broken terminological uncertainty and confusion appears.
