ANTIRECESSION POLICY AS A STRATEGIC METHOD OF MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article deals with the pragmatic problems of enterprise anti-crisis management. The basic tools and models of crisis management are analyzed, and problems of their implementation in practice are considered. The main aspects of tactical and strategic management decisions to overcome the crisis. The sequence of steps to implement the tools and methods of anti-crisis management at the enterprise to the neutralize the crisis.
