APPLICATION OF ELECTRONIC ACCOUNTING BY UKRAINIAN ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The automation of the accounting system contributes the speed of the creation, signing and sending important documents, which provides financial savings in connection with reduced use a lot of paper, stationery and postal services. At the same time, the efficiency and accuracy of accounting information are increasing, and the opportunity for a more precise economic and financial state of the enterprise are improving. Most accountants of large enterprises have already evaluated the benefits of using electronic document management. Correctly selected accounting program will provide maximum efficiency in the enterprise. The article focuses on the using of software products for automation accounting by Ukrainian enterprises; the trade-offs of the most reliable accounting software were defined, the Ukrainian accounting programs and enterprises that use them were examined. Future prospects of using electronic accounting in order to increase the efficiency of enterprises activity were determined.
