APPLICATION OF INDICATIVE PLANNING IN DYNAMIC DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL INDUSTRY

Abstract
In the article the theoretical and practical aspects of application of indicative planning in the dynamic development of the industrial branch are researched. It is explored and grounded that development planning processes in the national macroeconomic environment have their own specifics under the influence of the relevant factors. Study basic needs of the industrial industry of the national economy. The developed scheme of the strategic regulation and management of socio-economic development of industry in the national macroeconomic environment. It is substantiated that indicative planning is the basic provisioning tool for implementation of strategic plans for the development of the industrial sector, taking into account the corresponding state of the national macroeconomic environment. It is proposed for the dynamic economic development of the industrial sector of the national economy to share the process of implementing the mechanism of strategic development management into two interconnected stages. It is proposed to use indicative planning in the industrial sector on the basis of an effective-functioning budgeting scheme, which is focused on the result and program-project approach.
