APPLICATION OF JUD ICIAL «FILTERS» AT REVISION OF COUR T DECISIONS IN APPEAL INSTANCE

Abstract
In the article the theoretical and practical questions of realization of positions of separate norms of Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine are analysed in relation to application of judicial «filters» at the revision of court decisions in an appeal instance, that is included in the sphere of polemic of scientists and practical lawyers-workers. Efficiency of judicial defence and providing of availability of justice are investigated during carrying out judicial reform. Concrete suggestions are brought in on the change of separate norms of Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine with the purpose of improvement of current legislation.
