Application of process approach to management by banks activities in Ukraine

Abstract
Shortcomings inherent for traditional structured approach to organization and management of the bank activities are detected; bank management with using a process approach is considered. On the basis of the process approach separation and classification of business processes of the bank is made based on four basic groups, including: basic business processes, supporting business processes, control business processes and development business processes. The principles of quality system management within the context of banking are formulated. Advantages of the process approach use in banks are detected. Measures for improving the effectiveness of the opportunities realization inherent for the process approach are covered.
