APPLICATION OF SCENARIO APPROACH TO THE SYSTEMIC PROVISION OF INTERNAL ANTI-CRISIS STABILITY OF TOURIST ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article substantiates the positive aspects of the scenario approach and determines its advantages for the justification of management decisions on the systemic provision of internal anti- crisis sustainability of tourist enterprises. The theoretical and methodological provisions of the scenario approach to the analytical justification of the options for management decisions on systemic support of the internal anti-crisis sustainability of the enterprise are described, which allows identifying possible trends and interrelationships of the components of the anti-crisis sustainability and justifying a set of measures aimed at increasing the level of systemic support for the anti-crisis sustainability of tourist enterprises. Calculations are made and a schematic representation of the process of forming the desirable scenario for the systemic provision of internal anti-crisis sustainability of tourist enterprises is presented.
