Abstract
The aim of the article is to approximate the essence of the open innovation model in the agro-food sector and to present the results of the survey among Malopolska entrepreneurs in the field of assessment of the use of concepts in practice. The study covered 58 entities. The awareness of the existence and practical application of the open innovation model was relatively small.<br/><br/>
