Appraisal model of the effectiveness of enterprise’s managerial activity on the basis of the competences

Abstract
The difference between the basic categories as competence and competency is specified in the article. The category of system of competencies is also viewed. The existent methodologies of formation and analysis of competence and competencies are considered. The taxonomy method of the determination of the integral index of the executive’s professional competence is also examined in the article.
