APPROACHES TO THE CHOICE OF OPTIMAL SYSTEM OF PERSONNEL MOTIVATION AT MOTOR TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to study the peculiarities of modern experience of personnel motivation system for its application at motor transport enterprises in conditions of unstable market environment. For this purpose, the essence and types of labor motivation, components of the system of motivation, principles of personnel motivation were determined. The author analyzes American, Japanese and Western European models of motivation. The system of motivation is proposed, which should consist of two blocks: the main and complementary, each of which includes material and intangible components. Improvement of the system of motivation of the personnel at the motor transport enterprise will allow the workers to get the most interest and improve the efficiency of functioning in modern conditions.
