Argentina’s dual role in the International Development Cooperation System

Abstract
This paper examines the role of Argentina in the international development cooperation system, focusing on the bilateral dimension and technical cooperation. As a middle income country, Argentina has a dual role: is a recipient of Official Development Assistance and an emerging donor of cooperation among developing countries.
