Artistic creations of magistrates: freedom of expression and the reserve obligation imposed on them

Abstract
In this article the author aims to analyze, starting from a concrete case and reporting it to the ECtHR jurisprudence, the rights to private life and freedom of opinion and expression of magistrates, as well the limits to exercise these rights on artistic creation field.
