AS TO THE NECESSITY OF INTRODUCING CERTAIN STANDARDS OF DETENTION OF PERSONS IN THE LIGHT OF PRACTICES OF THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS

Abstract
The article made a scientific analysis of individual existing disadvantages associated with disregard in the practice of law enforcement officers during the detention of a person who has committed a criminal offence, the precedent of the findings and decisions of the European Court of human rights. The proposed specific measures for the implementation of certain standards of detention, which established the European Court of human rights.
