Asociación De Las Limitaciones Informales Sobre La Intención Empresarial Universitaria

Abstract
El surgimiento de nuevos empresarios es el producto de un proceso dinámico de limitaciones institucionales percibidos por el individuo. Estas limitaciones están definidas como el cúmulo de creencias percibidas colectivas y personales. Este estudio pretende explicar la asociación de las limitaciones informales sobre la intención empresarial. La muestra de la investigación se conformó por 1 272 estudiantes de una universidad pública identificados en cuatro categorías: sexo, antecedentes familiares empresariales, ámbito de desarrollo y experiencia laboral previa. Se diseñó un modelo causal con ecuaciones estructurales (MES) que evaluó los efectos directos de las limitaciones informales sobre la intención empresarial. Se concluyó que las limitaciones personales explican en mayor grado la intención del estudiante hacia la intención empresarial.
