ASPECTS OF NON-PERFORMING LOANS IN UKRAINE BANKS: ANALYSIS OF MODERN STATE AND DYNAMICS

Abstract
The article deals with topical issues of the current state of problem loans in Ukraine. The legal framework regulating the activity of banks concerning work with non-working loans is worked ISSN 2311-3413 ▪ Економiка і Фiнанси ▪ Economics and Finance ▪ 2017 ▪ № 10 60 out. The risks of occurrence, factors of growth and consequences of problem loans are indicated. The analysis of the situation of problem loans in the context of banks by origin of capital. The ways of solving problems and reaching the stage of development of the Ukraine banking sector are offered.
