Assessment of left ventricle diastolic function in myocardial infarction patients treated with primary angioplasty.
Journal Title: Cardiology Journal - Year 2009, Vol 16, Issue 5
Abstract
More than 5% of patients over the age of 65 have been found to develop heart failure, and over half of them preserve normal left ventricular systolic function. In the last few years, diastolic heart failure has become a serious clinical and epidemiological problem.

Treating depression: psychiatric consultation in cardiology.
Depression is the most common psychiatric disorder in coronary artery disease, and it can worsen cardiac outcomes. Also, cardiac disease predisposes patients to the development of depression. Assessment of depression is...
Radial artery cardiac catheterization: changing the convincing data/work to change (CD/WC) ratio.
Correlation between endothelial dysfunction in normal coronary patients with slow flow and aortic ectasia: the first report.
Slow coronary flow (SCF) is slow dye progression in the coronary arteries during selective angiography, but there is no such study about greater visceral vessels. Studies have suggested that flow-mediated dilation (FMD)...
