ASSESSMENT OF THE STATE-OWNED BANKS SOCIO-ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY UNDER THE CONDITION OF INTERNAL TRANSFORMATIONS

Abstract
The article concentrates on the essence of the notion “the state-owned bank transformation” and outlines the criteria and the assessment algorithm of the state-owned bank socio-economic efficiency under the condition of internal transformation. The study analyzes the variety of views on the related concepts, i.e. “transformation”, “the bank transformation”, “the banking system transformation”, “the economy market transformation”. The author’s definition of “the state-owned bank transformation” has been developed. In addition, the paper identifies the objective conditions for the Ukrainian state-owned banks internal transformations. As a result, the assessment process for the state-owned bank socio-economic efficiency under the condition of the internal transformations is systematized and presented in the form of stages in the logical sequence.
