Atipik Santral Seröz Koryoretinopati

Abstract
Büllöz santral seröz koryoretinopati (SSKR); nadir görülen bir SSKR çeşididir ve özellikle retinada alt kadranlarda belirgin olan seröz retina dekolmanı ile karakterizedir. Yanlış sistemik veya oküler hastalık ön tanısı ile uygulanan kortikosteroid, SSKR’nin ortaya çıkmasına veya hastalığın daha ciddi şekle dönüşmesine sebep olabilir. Bu olgu sunumunda, kliniğimize başvurudan önce Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada hastalığı tanısı konularak sistemik ve perioküler kortikosteroid tedavisi almış olan ve buna bağlı olarak SSKR’nin nadir şekli olan büllöz tipiyle tarafımıza başvuran bir hastanın tanı ve tedavi sonucunun sunulması amaçlanmıştır.
