Attitudes of students to physical training and sports

Abstract
The article deals with the level of interest and motivation of the students of the 1st-3rd years of studying of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University to physical training. There is a wide range of obstacles to doing physical exercises. The factors of a healthy lifestyle and priority sports of the students are analyzed. The final results demonstrate the importance of stimulation of students’ motivation to exercise.
