ATTRACTIVENESS OF LABOR MARKETS IN RURAL AREAS IN CONTEXT OF REGIONAL COMPETITIVENESS OF ZACHODNIOPOMORSKIE PROVINCE

Abstract
The aim of the study was to assess the atractiveness of rural labor markets in the Zachodniopomorskie province. The subject of the analysis included estimation of competitivness level of rural economy in the province. Analysis conducted in rural comunes and in rural areas of urban-rural comunes of the province. Atractivness of rural labor market was determined on the basis of data from 31.12.2015. To assess the atractivness of rural labor markets was used a synthetic indicator. Competitiveness ratio of rural economy was based atractiveness of labor market and lengh of nearest city. In general, rural labor markets in the Zachodniopomorskie province are characterized by averege level of competitiveness and located max 35 km from nearest city.<br/><br/>
