Atypical polypoid adenomyoma - A case report

Abstract
Uterine Adenomyomas are rare and unusual tumors of lower uterine segment. They could be easily misdiagnosedas leiomyoma or endometrial polyp. Here we report a case of ‘atypical polypoid adenomyoma of uterus’ presented clinically as leiomyomatous polyp.
