Availability payments in public-private partnership contracts

Abstract
The aim of the article is to point out the dilemmas associated with determining the remuneration fee of the agreement of a public-private partnership, and in particular, one of the allowable options which is the charge for availability. The author presents the essence of the structure of remuneration of the private partner under the PPP contract. The article presents the factors influencing the availability payment structure, as well as methods for its determination.
