AZERBAIJANI AND TURKISH SCIENTISTS ON THE METHODS OF TEACHING OF MATHEMATICS

Abstract
The current level of information availability dictates new forms of teaching of mathematics in school. Azerbaijani and Turkish scientists are developing practical problems of teaching mathematics in schools in accordance with modern trends in the global education system. Method of teaching of mathematics – the science of mathematics as an academic subject and the laws governing the process of teaching mathematics students of different age groups and abilities. Research questions concern the use of mathematical methods, mathematics teaching, the use of new educational technologies in the teaching of the subject in schools and high schools, attitudes of school children to mathematics, their knowledge and skills.
