Badanie funkcjonowania reaktora katalitycznego w symulowanym teście UDC silnika o ZS

Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań funkcjonowania podgrzewanego reaktora katalitycznego na stanowisku dynamometrycznym podczas realizacji symulowanego testu miejskiego UDC. W badaniach zastosowano podgrzewany trójfunkcyjny reaktor katalityczny platynowo-palladowy z monolitem metalowym. Metodyka prowadzonych badań polegała na pomiarze stężenia toksycznych składników spalin przed i za z reaktorem katalitycznym przy jednoczesnym pomiarze parametrów rozruchu i pomiarze temperatur w wybranych 15 punktach silnika oraz reaktora katalitycznego. Emisje tlenku węgla i węglowodorów próbowano ograniczyć poprzez wstępne podgrzanie reaktora katalitycznego przed i podczas rozruchu za pomocą grzejnika elektrycznego.
