BALTIC-BLACK SEA COOPERATION AS AN ALTERNATIVE INTEGRATION DIRECTION FOR UKRAINE

Abstract

The article analyzes the value of the Baltic-Black Sea region for the Ukrainian economy through the prism of globalization processes. The possibility of creating the Baltic-Black Sea Union as an alternative integration association in Europe is considered. The relevance of the union for the countries of the region is substantiated. The role of the BSSU in the foreign economic activity of Ukraine is outlined. The prospects of strengthening of foreign economic relations and strengthening of Ukraine's positions on the international arena with participation in the BSSU are highlighted.
