Banned, for real?

Abstract

A drug is any chemical agent that affects the living organism. Authorities like the US-FDA and CDSCO are responsible for the approval and post-marketing surveillance of drugs. Many a times, a life-threatening side effect may occur after the drug has been introduced in the markets. Here, prompt action is of utmost importance. However, despite being banned, certain drugs tend to prevail in the markets and pose a danger to the healthcare system. e purpose of this articles is to elaborate the availability of certain banned drugs available on the Indian market.
