BARRIERS TO THE FORMATION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION COMPETENCE IN FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract
The author grounds the essence of binary concept “pedagogical barrier”. On the one hand, this term is seen as a complex pedagogical phenomenon that interferes, holds back and reduces the efficiency and success of the educational process, and, therefore, requires prevention. On the other hand, it is a pedagogical tool that stim- ulates and increases the effectiveness of the educational process of participants’ activity through its overcom- ing. The author proves that the formation of the IC-competence of future teachers is accompanied by various barriers: motivational, emotional-cognitive, intellectual, sensory.
