Abstract

“Physi cal edu ca tion is con sci o u sness ac ti vity, con stant from child hood to adulthood, to which the aim is to as su re full physi cal de ve lop ment, to stren gthen the po wer of re si stan ce aga inst il lness, to ame li o ra te energy and all ot her cha rac te ri stics of acti vity and cha rac ter.” (He bert / Le sport con tre l’édu ca tion physi que“, Pons 1925.). Physycal edu ca tion is im por tant fac tor of ove rall edu ca tion. It be co mes equ al and equ ally va lu a ble pro cess, which fe a tu res spe cial to ols and tasks. Ho we ver, be si des everything el se suc cess of physi cal edu ca tion of chil dren and youth de pends on met hods, con tent, to ols, so ur ces and school or ga ni za tion of te ac hing. The sci en ce has uni ver sal de velop ment of the per so na lity as the main goal. Fol lo wing that every edu ca tion which’s re sults The sci en ce puts ove rall de ve lop ment of per so na lity as goal of edu ca tion. Fol lowing that, every edu ca tion that op po ses to that goal is wrong and nar row. This me ans that physi cal edu ca tion as com po sing and in di vi si ble part of ge ne ral edu ca tion is per ma nent, plan ned and syste ma tic pro cess of im pact on hu man, espe ci ally at the pe riod of youth when dif fe rent kinds of to ols, espe ci ally by physi cal edu ca tion de ve lop and bu ild a per son ca pa ble for work, and when for ming his per so na lity in sen se of et hics.
