Abstract
This article examines the issue of the social responsibility of the state to migrants, which is the medical provision of labor migrants in the United States. At the present time in the United States there is such a state of affairs that the one hand, new migration flows lead to an increase in the number of the employable population. On the other hand, there is a greater flow of workers with a low level of income and professional qualifications. However, for most employers migrants are attractive energy because of their low cost, because they are willing to work for a lower salary unlike local residents. The host country's threat is that in most of the countries from which migrants come there is a poor sanitary and epidemiological situation. Therefore, additional state social insurance and medical expenses are added to the state budget.
