Beyne İlaç Hedeflendirilmesinde Nanopartiküler İlaç Taşıyıcı Sistemler

Abstract
Santral Sinir Sistemi hastalıklarının tedavisindeki en önemli problem, aktif maddelerin beyne sınırlı geçişleridir. Bu sınırlı geçişin nedeni ise beyin kapiller endoteli tarafından oluşturulan kan beyin engelidir. Son yıllarda, kan beyin engelinin aşılmasına yönelik çeşitli farmasötik stratejiler geliştirilmiştir. Bunlardan en önemlisi, nanopartiküller gibi kolloidal aktif madde taşıyıcı sistemler kullanılarak beyne ilaç hedeflendirilmesidir. Bu derlemede; kan beyin engelinin fizyolojisi ve yapısı ile beyine hedeflenen aktif madde taşıyıcı sistemler olarak kullanılan nanopartiküller, teknolojileri ve beyne geçiş mekanizmaları değerlendirilmiştir.
