Bezpieczeństwo obywateli a konieczność zmiany podejścia Sił Zbrojnych Republiki Słowackiej do realizacji zadań asystenckich

Abstract
The changes in the doctrinal and policy documents of Central and Eastern Eu-rope countries' armed forces introduced in recent years, which are linked with the priority to focus on international crisis management operations as an attribute of collective security of the NATO member states, have a significant impact on the changes in legislation and measures which guarantee the functionality of national crisis managements systems of all members states. The authors of the article aimed at analyzing the current state in legislation and management, as well as to clarify the problem of efficiency and interoperability of the Slovak Republic's national crisis management. Their goal was also to clarify the limits and risks, stemming for crisis management and the Slovak Republic 's armed forces of this one-way orientation on the external liabilities to meet the defence and security policy of the Alliance.
