BIFURCATION NATURE OF CHANGES IN THE NEWEST HISTORY OF RETAIL TRADE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article interprets and analyses ways of the theory of synergy applying which is critical for the complex open systems evolution’s analysis. According to the methodology of synergy, the complex socio-economic sys¬tem’s evolution is a self-organization process, characterized by a certain direction. The paper shows that the retail trade is one of these systems, as it has the following properties, such as transparency, non-linearity, dynamic, formation of new orders and structures, a high level of its configuration’s complexity, ability to regulate the internal structure. The evolution of the retail trade in Ukraine since the 90s has been conducted with the application of theoretical and methodological principles of synergy. It was iden¬tified four critical (bifurcation) points that induce qualitative changes in the trade devel¬opment, describes the sources of bifurcation changes; characterized the system state after the bifurcation development. It is shown that the bifurcation point has given the impetus to the qualitative transformation of a trade sphere, which, since 1992, has entered a mar¬ket formation phase, which is entrepreneur oriented in its nature, since 1998, has moved to the stage of civilization trade development, under the influence of events in 2008 - the stage of structural optimization and approximation to European standards has started to develop, and after 2014 it focused on a more complete and comprehensive customer sat¬isfaction. The author has analyzed own position regarding how uncertain is the selection process for the retailer future development.
