BILINGUAL COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE, WAYS AND METHODS OF ITS FORMATION

Abstract
This article clarifies the essence of the concept of the bilingual communicative competence. The attention is focused on the bilingual language competence development. To be effective, the teacher should be able to take a certain position during the communication process but at the same time be ready to adjust and even change it if necessary in the best interest of the communicative contact for the sake of achiving the best effects from the communicative situation. Communicative competence is presented as a widely used term which is operated by linguistics referring to the student’s ability to appropriety apply grammar, morphology, syntax, phonology of the language in particular communicative situations to achive certain communicative purpose. The research into school bilingual education in Europe has been also considered here. The article deals with analyzing the level of the language of the second importance in bilingual schools. It turned out that sometimes it is higher than the students’ language competence in monolingual schools.
