Abstract

The Floor Exercise is an apparatus that combines flexibility, strength, power, and dance into one expressive event. Athletes perform at least three tumbling sequences, numerous leaps and jumps, and unique combinations of skills and dance to produce a visually pleasing routine. In the beginning phases of the sport, athletes will learn basic rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and limbers. Once they The performance of dynamic jumps is the result of a complex interaction between many factors, including preflight characteristics, muscle strength and timing, and properties of external elastic contact surfaces In order to become national or international top level gymnasts, athletes must perform flight elements on the flour. The double salto backward tucked is at the present time, one of the most frequently performed skills The advice given by coaches to their gymnasts on the adjustment of the critical mechanical parameters are often based more on experience and intuition than on a predictive model. The aim of this paper was to objectively predict individual improvements of the skill performed on the flour without adequate mechanical requirements. It can be expected that intra-individual studies with individual biomechanical analysis and predictive simulation, could provide interesting information on the problem of improving a acrobatic skill.
